Welcome to Mental Care Link (“Mental Care Link,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, services, or applying for representation, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Nature of Services
Mental Care Link is a referral and professional representation agency for licensed mental health professionals.
We:
Facilitate introductions between clinicians, individuals, and organizations
Provide professional support, advocacy, and coordination
Support clinicians in clarifying fit, scope, and practice alignment
We are not:
A healthcare provider
A directory or marketplace
A replacement for clinical judgment or therapeutic relationships
Mental Care Link does not provide clinical services, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care.
2. Eligibility
Clinicians
To apply for representation, clinicians must:
Hold an active, unrestricted license in good standing
Meet minimum experience requirements (as outlined during application)
Provide accurate and complete professional information
Acceptance is discretionary. Mental Care Link reserves the right to decline or terminate representation at any time.
Individuals Seeking Care
Mental Care Link does not guarantee placement, availability, or clinical outcomes.
Organizations
Organizational partnerships are subject to separate agreements where applicable.
3. No Emergency or Crisis Services
Mental Care Link does not provide crisis or emergency support.
If you are experiencing an emergency or are at risk of harm:
Call 911 (U.S.) or your local emergency number
Contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline
Reach out to local emergency services
4. Fees & Billing (Clinicians)
There is no cost to apply
Membership or representation fees begin only after the first successful referral or service engagement
Fees, billing frequency, and scope are disclosed prior to billing
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
5. No Guarantee of Referrals or Outcomes
Mental Care Link does not guarantee:
A minimum number of referrals
Client acceptance or retention
Revenue, caseload size, or outcomes
All clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the licensed clinician.
6. Professional Responsibility
Clinicians are solely responsible for:
Clinical care and ethical compliance
Licensing, supervision, and continuing education
Insurance participation, billing, and documentation
Client safety, consent, and confidentiality
Mental Care Link does not interfere with clinical decision-making.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, copy, and materials are the property of Mental Care Link and may not be copied or reused without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Mental Care Link is not liable for:
Clinical outcomes
Client-clinician relationships
Business losses or missed opportunities
Actions or omissions of clinicians, clients, or organizations
Use of our services is at your own discretion and risk.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for:
Misrepresentation
Ethical concerns
Policy violations
Non-payment
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Mental Care Link is registered.
